Hemorrhoids (Piles)
Hemorrhoids (piles) are a common health condition in which the veins in and around the rectum and anus become swollen. Hemorrhoids can be internal or external.

Sitting in warm water for 15–20 minutes may help relieve discomfort and swelling.
Avoid Straining:
Do not strain excessively during bowel movements.
Stay Active:
Light daily exercise or walking can support healthy digestion and regular bowel movements.
